Your password is the name of the store you joined the Trade Club at, in lowercase without any spaces. If you're unsure which store you joined at, this is printed on the top right hand corner of your statement.
Example
If you joined at Beacon Lighting in Cannon Hill, your password would be 'cannonhill'.
